As you might already know, Stacy and I lived at home clear up until our wedding. Therefore, once we moved out we needed all sorts of things to survive on our own. Stacy and I chose to register at two department stores; Target and Boscovsin order to help out our relatives and allow us to get what we needed to live on our own.
Most of what we registered for and needed was found at Target. We picked this department store with my side of the family in mind. There are Target stores located in Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Michigan (where all my family lives). A computer located at the front of each store allowed access our registry list. All anybody had to do was just type in the information asked and print out a list.
Many of you got us practically everything on our registry list at Target. Unfortunately, we did get some multiple gifts, but were able to return them for alternate items on the list.
For all the family in the Pennsylvania area, we had also registered at Boscovs. This was the most convenient place to go since there was a Boscovs located at Coventry Mall (right off Route 100). They also implemented a computer system to access the registry, but before you could get our registry list from a salesperson on the second floor. There was a small desk on the second floor with a wedding registry sign above it. We originally only chose to register here if any family member was unable to drive to Exton to the Target store, but we ended up getting just as many gifts here as we did at Target.
